If you want to wake up gently in the morning, you can have Lutron HomeWorks^® gradually open your shades and raise your lights as you get up and prepare for the day.  You can set the lights in your kitchen to bright task levels while you are preparing food, and then lower them to set the mood for an evening meal.  Later, while watching a movie in your home theater, you can press one button to lower the shades and dim the lights to create a cinema-like setting right in the comfort of your home.

All of these amazing functions are managed by simple keypads with one-touch functionality.
Tabletop keypads and lamp dimmers can be installed by your bed, on your kitchen countertops, or even on end-tables.  One keypad can control many different functions.  This is because each controller of the home lighting system communicates on a wired network or wireless channel with a central controller that contains off the information to control every aspect of you home lighting, entertainment, and environmental controls.

When you are away from home, we can program the system with the Vacation Feature to turn various lights on and off to make your home looked “lived in.”  The home lighting control system can also be integrated with your home alarm to trigger lights if an intruder is detected.

If you want to directly manipulate your lighting, you can do so remotely with your iPad, iPhone, or even from a laptop overseas.  When you return home at night, you do not have to walk through a dark driveway up to a dark house.  With a visor control, you can turn on your interior and exterior house lights as you approach your home.
