 The New Year has brought us to a new level of expression and outreach.  After branching into social media last year to better showcase our service offerings, Illuminations Lighting and Design has expanded again into You Tube with videos that show the results of our many lighting design services in greater detail than ever before.  Because videos are some of the most popular items to email to family and friends, ILD would you to keep our You Tube Channel in mind the next time you like to forward a link to someone eager to look at something sublime and beautiful that could enhance the quality of their lives.

You Tube videos by ILD provide you with a panoramic view of our designs like only video can offer.  They allow you to see how each component of a home lighting system relates to the entire lighting array as a whole.  Lighting design involves creating multiple layers of light in the room, which are clearly visible in each of our video segments.  There are also videos on exterior home lighting and landscape lighting that showcase how the curb appeal of client properties are magnified by unique, custom outdoor lighting strategies.

Our welcome video is narrated in simple, layman’s terms that any homeowner can quickly relate to his or her own personal lifestyle.  The point of our services is to use technology to enhance the living experience—not overburden the living experience with overly complex technologies that are really the responsibility of the experts that install them.  Narrations in each video show how simple it is to enjoy a home illuminated by a custom luxury lighting system, and how easy it is to operate the lighting controls that manipulate its dynamics.

One of the things that is also readily apparent is the personal approach that our company takes to each and every client.  Our videos actually star Tom Kretzschmar, Founder and President of the company.  Tom frequently visits clients in person to help them better understand the options they have in the areas of fine art lighting (one of his personal favorites), cabinet lighting, electrical contracting services, landscape lighting, specialty lighting design, and home lighting control.  His warm, informative mannerism sets the tone for our corporate culture and functions as the glue for the many relationships we have formed with clients over the years.
