With diverse, multi-disciplinary backgrounds, our staff is among the most respected and versatile in their field.  Whatever the design needs are, they will use their experience to create an innovative and user-friendly solution.

Lance T. Gandy, IALD, IES, AIA Assoc., holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Houston, has practiced professional lighting design for over 7 years, and has been elected by a jury as a professional member of the International Association of Lighting Designers (IALD). He has received seven awards for his lighting designs in the last four years. He is an active member of the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) and an Associate Member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

Sarah M. Heenan, IALD, IES, LC, holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Virginia and has practiced professional lighting design for over 6 years. She has been elected by a jury as a professional member of the International Association of Lighting Designers (IALD) and has been Lighting Certified (LC) by the National Council on Qualifications for the Lighting Professional. Six of her lighting designs have won awards in the last three years, and she is an active member in the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES).
