Design Contract awarded for exterior landscape illumination at Villa d'Este - Houston, Texas

When contacted by the Villa d'Este management team concerning the exterior lighting of the building and grounds, the designer, Rick Luberger, outlined the following objectives:

Enhanced security and safety protection for residents, guests and visitors.
Provide functional illumination in the guest and visitor parking areas.
Create a sense of welcome and prestige for arriving residents and guests.
Showcase the plaza and swimming pool landscape investment.
