Top Theatrical Lighting Designer joins Illuminations Lighting Design Team

Illuminations Lighting Design is pleased to announce the addition of Gaila Kitts Raymer to our Home Automation Department as a sales associate. Ms. Raymer, an Austin native will remain in the Hill Country and will be responsible for home automation sales in Austin, San Antonio and College Station Texas.

Ms. Raymer has  almost 15 years in theatrical lighting design and her expertise in stage lighting includes commercial dimming systems, theatrical lighting equipment, and technical expertise. She has worked in all phases of theatrical lighting including technical director, lighting designer, stage hand, lighting operator and office responsibilities. By adding an expanded sales presence we will be expanding our areas of expertise and our total service offerings to the design community as well as homebuilders and end users in the Austin and San Antonio areas.

Ms. Raymer has done graduate work at both University of Texas, MFA Graduate program, Carnegie Mellon University, MFA Graduate program and Southwest Texas State University, BFA Undergraduate program where she graduated Cum Lade in technical theater with emphasis in theatrical lighting design.
