Illuminations Lighting Design Launches Direct Mail Campaign Spotlighting Expanded Design Services.

As a part of an ongoing campaign to reach the greater design community, Illuminations Lighting Design has recently launched a direct mail campaign featuring an overview of their new expanded lighting design department. The new brochure aims to inform designers of the new direction of the company to a more architecturally oriented, diverse design department.

In May 2004 two prominent lighting designers, Lance Gandy, IALD, IES, AIA Assoc., and Sarah Heenan, IALD, IES, LC, joined Illuminations, increasing its design offerings to include Commercial, Residential, Liturgical, Landscape, Industrial and Building Facades, among others. The brochure, which reflects the revamped and updated look of the 25 year old company, was sent to Houston area architects and interior designers as well as the broader base of Texans in the design field.

Gandy holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Houston and has been elected by a jury as a professional member of the International Association of Lighting Designers (IALD). He has received seven awards for his lighting designs in the last four years. He is an active member of the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) and an Associate Member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
