Panasonic^® announces "Authorized Dealer" status for Illuminations Lighting Design for Panasonic Hybrid Phone Systems

Days of having one telephone in the house are gone! With the size of residential homes growing in square footage each year, it is becoming more important to consider a whole house phone system.

Panasonic and Illuminations Lighting Design have joined forces to offer PANASONIC HYBRID PHONE SYSTEMS for both residential and commercial applications. As a one stop shop for lighting and home automation, adding Panasonic to our lineup was a natural progression.

• Off-Premises Call Forwarding
  Program the system to forward your calls to your cellular phone or another outside telephone so you don't miss a call.
• Single-Line Device Integration
  Connect many types of single-line telephone devices such as answering machines, cordless phones, fax machines and computer modems directly to the system without the need for additional cards or modules. There's no need to buy new equipment or incur expensive upgrade costs.
• Direct Inward System Access (DISA)
  Addition of an optional DISA card provides a great solution for families and businesses members who share one telephone line. Incoming callers hear a message instructing them to dial a single-digit code for the intended party, and the caller is then routed to that person's extension automatically. Each person can field their own calls and have their own answering machine, even though they share the same line. Night ModeAutomatically prevent selected extensions from ringing at night-ideal for children's rooms or a home office.
• Toll Restriction
  Prohibits unauthorized long distance calling from specified extensions by blocking selected area/exchange codes.
• Call Waiting Caller ID System
  Display phones can show the name and number of an incoming caller, even if you're on another call. The system can log up to 20 unanswered calls per extension and up to 300 calls system-wide, making it easy for you to return missed calls.
• Room-to-Room Intercom
  Let's you contact other extensions via an intercom, so you can relay messages throughout your home or office.
• Flexible Ringing Assignment
  Allows you to decide which phones will ring on each line to help you customize your phone system.
• Expand Your New System as Your Needs Grow
  Hybrid telephone systems work with standard telephone lines, so you never need to upgrade your phone service when your needs increase. You can easily expand from 3 central office lines and 8 stations to 6 CO lines and 24 stations (KX-TA624) or from 8 CO lines and 16 stations to 12 CO lines and 32 stations (KX-TA1232), with the addition of plug-in cards.

Panasonic advanced hybrid telephone systems are designed to integrate with Panasonic voice mail systems. Some of the most notable features of a PANASONIC VOICE MAIL SYSTEM include:

• Live Call Screening or Remote Live Call Screening
  Allows you to monitor your calls as they are being recorded into your mailbox, giving you the choice to pick up the call if you wish. You can choose to hear your calls either through your telephone's speaker or handset or, with remote live call screening, from the handset of any cordless phone.
• Two-way Transfer
  Gives you the ability to record a live conversation directly into another person's mailbox to save time and ensure accurate communication of information.
• External Message Delivery
  Pre-record a message, specify the phone number to be called and the time and date for the message to be delivered, and relax. Perfect for everything from sending birthday greetings while on vacation to delivering time-sensitive information to a colleague. You can even program in a password for more security and peace of mind.
• Enhanced Message Notification
  You can be notified of new messages in several different ways: your extension's message lamp will light, your pager will alert you, your pager will display the caller's telephone or intercom number or the system will call a pre-set number to reach you. These notification methods can be combined and programmed so the system can alert you to important messages.
• Holiday Service
  Program up to 20 custom greetings to play on particular days throughout the year.
• Dial By Name
  Requests the caller to enter the first 3 or 4 letters of a last name of the person they wish to reach, then transfers the caller to the corresponding extension.
• Direct Mail Box Access
  With a simple press of the Message Waiting button, mailbox owners can retrieve new messages.
